Challenge: Spend the day imagining you are immortal
The idea is to fully believe, imagine, that your are totally immortal. You can take this to mean that even your body is immortal, indestructible, or simply as an opportunity to really believe and feel deeply(or 'pretend' if its not your belief) that you will never die. Have fun, though remember rule #3 and don't take it too far...;)

When I did it, I imagined that I had a much deeper voice and was 500 feet tall!

I'm not totally sure if you are serious or not Michael :) But if you are serious, I love it because I wish I had thought of some specific details like that. Honestly, the challenge didn't turn out too great for me as I found it hard to remember that I was doing it. When I *did* remember, I had a few glimpses into feeling how powerful it could be and how I could relax a certain manic/mortal mode that I tend to opperate in. After reading your post yesterday, I actually did try a few times to imagine that I was made out of light (I know it sounds floofy, but try it, its cool!)
