Here are a few to get you started:
- Rescue Time: tracks the time use spend on every program and website. Many cool features. Free.
- Freedom: Ran this mac app and tell your mac "No Net!" for X amount of time. V. cool. Free.
- Time Out: Forces you to take micro and/or longer breaks from the screen. Great for reducing eyestrain, RSI, and sanity. For Mac.
- Break Reminder: Similar to above, but for Windows.
- Firefox Tab Limiter: Too many tabs making you schitzo? Try this tool, I love it.
- Firefox PageAddict: Want to block certain sites for certain amounts of time, etc?
